Mission - Vision - wtf !

Why is the vision written in such a terrific launguage?

lol, else if we could understand it we would laugh at their ass aloud and guess the management doesn't want that to happen and hired a best proffesional to compile a "Vision" that no student probably understands in the first read. 

Why are there more than one mission?

I guess, these guys need us to understnad that this college has some missions at least and is not solely run to reap money. But who cares? None of the stated runs in practicality.

Why are these boards hung in every class, corridor and around college?

It's for the NBA (National Board of Accrediation) grading. OR

Atleast someone would blog about this so that this college's mission and vision can get up live over internet! lol, i'm the only blogger in college. Hence took the responsibility :P

Let me go for a detailed review of each of these missions 

To create and sustain and agile community which is highly professional with due consideration for ethical, ecological and economical issues.

I wonder how can these people create a quick community when none of them are mentally quick. Shit! these people are also talking about professionalism. Wah...! Excellent use of triple E's to show off.

To impart quality - education that servers the need of present and to energize the technological world.

Why is there an iphen (-) between quality and education? Does quality means only serving the present blah blah? I guess you have spoken about ethics?

To forge mutually beneficial commitments with government, industry, society and alumni.

When i see that last word (Alumni) my blood boils. F ! These morons couldn't even arrange a send off or at least a meet when we left the college after last exam but are speaking of the Alumni. If at all i become a HR and goes to this college for campus recruitment, definitely would call up the concerned people and and 'll get explained of each word on this board if at all if they can. And also would enquire on the progress of these missions. :-P

Commitment to learn, adapt and change as a means to perpetual development.

yes! Commitment to learn more ways to play with students during lab sessions, adapting a blackmail list to award marks and grades and change (for girls) as a means to an indefinite development.

To purse research and disseminate innovations to the society.

PPS: And unfortunately, i guess the list is compiled by the faculty member (Eng) whom i like the most and is the only one in my college whom i respect. It's his job and he did it perfectly well. But it's my 'duty' to rant over. No issues whatever.
